Measurement - The Most Important Step Before Payment!
A wonderful wedding gown must begin with the accurate measurement. Althrough the standard size will save much work and time for us to finish the dresses, but we still advice you to find a local tailor or some one who have made dresses or clothes before to help you finish this step - the Measurement! And we also recommend you have the professional seamstress who will alter your gown take your measurements for you.
Here is the guide:
Bust

Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of the breast.your arms should be relaxed,down at your sides. This is bigger than your bra size!
- Wear your bra
- Relax arms at sides
- Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
Waist

- Find your smallest part of the waist
- Usually about 1 inch above belly button
- Usually about 1 in. above belly button
Hips

Take the tape around the widest part of your hips,across the hip bone.
- Find the widest part of the hips
- Usually about 7 inch below natural waist
- Tape should brush across both hipbones
Hollow to Floor

Start the tape at the hollow(base of your neck) and measure down to where you want the hem. if your skirt will be full, be sure to measure out at an angle to allow for the fullness.Also, be sure you’re wearing the same height heel you’ll wear on your wedding day.

- Begin at the hollow space between the collarbones
- Measure straight down to the heels
- If you want the dress to fit a high heel, add the heel height on to this measurement
On average, you will need to raise 1.2 or 2 sizes than what you normally where in sportswear or street shirt. Wedding gowns are meant to have a close fit to the body so they tend to be cut smaller than sportswear.
