3 tips for you to Kick off the beach body worries

For everyone, honeymoon is a word that means romance and totally relaxation. You can imagine that you are on the beautiful and wide beach, walking with your husband hand in hand. But you may have the worries for the body shape, which make you feel a little upset and nervous.

It is obvious that all our yesmybride girls want to have good body shape, although we want to say no to diet. We often feel a little nervous for our body weight increase after the New Year, part of the reason is holiday guilt. Now, we are undergoing at least three exercise programs during one week. Compared to other people, just using exercise videos on the computer occasionally, some of us have make our determination again to continue the P.E courses in the gym. In one word, we have made much more progress in the aspects of eating habit, life style and better moods.

Here are 3 tips to make you looking good on the beach:

1. An efficient exercise program

For the beginning of one day morning, It takes me about 30 minutes to do aerobics dancing. Although I still have a few ways to go in the wonderful abs department, I've already gaining much more muscle tone in my arms and legs.

2. Eating in a healthy way
